A lot of people associate physical fitness with vigorous activity. However, the truth is that exercise can be fun! People who swim every day have extremely toned bodies without placing any additional strain on their joints. Water offers twelve times the resistance of air and it is way gentler on your joints when exercising. So if you ever thought that physical activity referred only to the number of hours spent at the local gym, you should rethink your motto and add more fun into your daily fitness routine.
